Filippo is an Engagement Manager of the Commercial Effectiveness Services (CES) Consulting team in the Barcelona office, responsible for leading the execution of local consulting projects within the CES area and for business development with pharmaceutical area in the Spanish market. Filippo has a significant experience in consulting for the pharmaceutical industry, in different practice areas of marketing and sales force effectiveness (e.g. new commercial models, sales force sizing, product launch strategy, forecasting, incentive compensation, territory alignment, segmentation and targeting).
